Fluency in spoken and written English, a private vehicle, excellent communication and negotiation skills, the ability to build trust-based relationships, a proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented mindset, knowledge of the local real estate market in Benalmádena and surrounding areas, and alignment with our ethical and responsible business philosophy are essential.
