Senior Manager – Groceries (Strategic Accounts) | 🇪🇸
An exciting leadership opportunity within a fast-growing integral tech and quick-commerce organisation, focused on expanding and scaling strategic grocery and retail partnerships across Spain.
This role sits at the centre of the Grocery & Retail Strategic Accounts function, driving commercial growth, managing key enterprise relationships, and leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Key responsibilities include:
🔹 Leading and developing a commercial team (~14 Strategic Account Managers)
🔹 Owning strategic relationships with top grocery and retail partners in Spain
🔹 Driving acquisition, expansion, and long-term growth of strategic accounts
🔹 Leading annual business planning for major enterprise partners
🔹 Managing senior stakeholder relationships, including C-level external partners
🔹 Collaborating with Product, Tech, and Marketing teams to enhance platform capabilities
🔹 Overseeing P&L; performance, profitability, and commercial outcomes
🔹 Identifying market trends and shaping strategic growth initiatives in quick-commerce
Ideal background:
✔ Strong commercial leadership experience in Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management
✔ Background in FMCG, Retail, Tech, or E-commerce / Quick-commerce strongly preferred
✔ Proven experience leading large teams in high-performance environments
✔ Strong analytical and strategic mindset with comfort working with data and P&L; ownership
✔ Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior executives (internal and external)
✔ Experience working across cross-functional product, tech, and commercial teams
✔ Fluent in English and Spanish
