GLEAMER is looking for scaling in Spain and for that is looking for a Sales Manager to drive growth in this strategic market.
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and expanding Gleamer’s footprint across the Spanish healthcare ecosystem.
Business development and sales execution
Drive direct sales to hospitals, imaging centers, and healthcare networks across Spain
Manage the full sales cycle
Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure alignment with Gleamer’s strategy
Increase brand awareness and strengthen Gleamer’s presence in Spain
Share customer feedback to help improve products and commercial xhfqzwm strategy
5+ years of experience in B2B sales in Spain in healthcare, SaaS, MedTech, or AI
~ Experience working with partners and indirect sales channels
~ Strong commercial and negotiation skill
Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
