The On The Road (OTR) Manager for France and Spain plays a key role in optimizing OTR operations and DA experience. This field-based position can be located at any AMXL operating site in Spain or France.
The ideal candidate excels in leveraging operational and stakeholder relationships, serving as the custodian of DSP and DA experience at station level, ensuring the highest standards in DA engagement, and fostering a mutually beneficial culture between Operations and DSPs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with OTR safety and site operations to meet regional safety metrics.
* Lead performance improvement initiatives across the region and provide weekly visibility to RLT, including solutions.
* Deliver regional reports on on-road performance, such as DSP scorecard and Ops Scorecard.
* Drive improvement activities in key priority areas for the region.
* Develop sustainable business practices that promote a collaborative culture between Operations and DSPs.
* Work with site operations, ACES, and CO to ensure routing efficiency and adherence to best practices to reduce costs.
Daily Activities:
The OTR manager defines medium-term strategies, influencing internal and external stakeholders. They work closely with site leaders as a trusted SME in OTR and must be flexible, with frequent travel between multiple sites weekly. The role is field-based within an AMXL region, requiring significant travel.
Qualifications:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* A degree
* Relevant experience in account management within a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in English and the local language, both verbal and written
* Experience with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Experience utilizing data analytics to address performance issues
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or distribution
* Experience communicating with diverse stakeholders, including leadership
* Advanced degree in business management, economics, law, engineering, or related fields
