We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Administrator to support our Regional HRBP in overseeing HR operations across Southern Europe (Spain, Italy, and Portugal). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their HR career who is eager to grow and learn in an international environment. You will gain exposure to a variety of HR areas, including payroll, office management, recruitment coordination, and labor law compliance. You’ll work closely with the Regional HRBP and receive guidance, training, and hands-on experience to develop your HR knowledge and skills. What will you do : HR Administration & Compliance Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records Support the preparation of contracts, employment letters, and HR documents Help manage onboarding and offboarding processes Track probation periods, contract renewals, and leave balances Support payroll input processes and coordinate with local payroll providers Ensure HR data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and local labor laws Support office operations in the Southern European offices (supplies, vendors, facilities) Liaise with internal teams to support IT setup, access, and other logistics for new hires Assist with basic health & safety and office compliance procedures Recruitment Support Post job ads and help manage incoming applications Assist in candidate screening and scheduling interviews Coordinate with hiring managers and recruitment agencies Help prepare job descriptions and offer letters Regional HR Support Provide administrative support across Italy, Spain, and Portugal Help collect HR data and prepare reports or presentations as needed Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and internal communications Liaise with external consultants and vendors when required What do you bring : Requirements Based in : Milan / Madrid Languages : Native or fluent Italian / Spanish Good knowledge of Spanish / Italian and / or Portuguese is a strong advantage Experience : 1–2 years of HR administration or office support experience Entry-level HR experience will be considered Education : Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field Skills : Strong organizational and communication skills Willingness to learn and grow under mentorship High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information Proactive, adaptable, and capable of supporting multiple tasks Knowledge of : Basic understanding of Italian labor law ; knowledge of Spanish / Portuguese labor practices is a plus Tools : Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR software is a bonus Travel : Abel to travel within Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Romania (max. a few times per year) What do we offer : Hands-on training and mentorship from an experienced Regional HR Business Partner Exposure to HR practices across multiple Southern European countries An international, inclusive, and collaborative team culture Career development opportunities within the HR function Competitive salary and benefits (meal vouchers, travel expenses, etc.) Hybrid work flexibility (where applicable) Who we are : In less than 10 years, iBanFirst has established itself as a trusted partner for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) operating across borders. iBanFirst provides a next-generation cross-border
