We produce semi-finished products of copper and its alloys for sectors such as energy, automotive, telecommunications, construction, metal packaging and the railway industry, among others.
Your roleWe want to continue growing and for this reason we need to incorporate a TAX MANAGER, who wants to be part of a dynamic and cross-functional environment, ensuring the fiscal security and efficiency of the organization. The main goal of this position is to lead the tax function, ensuring full regulatory compliance, optimizing the company's tax burden and guaranteeing a proactive audit and fiscal risk control.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Lead and supervise tax compliance across all La Farga companies.
Ensure all tax filings and payments are completed on time.
Anticipate and plan for regulatory changes, especially those affecting the metal sector.
Coordinate transversally with the administration department to maximize tax deductions and efficiencies.
Manage relationships with external tax advisors and tax authorities.
Represent the company before tax administrations and manage tax inspections.
Provide tax support in corporate operations (mergers, acquisitions, etc.).
In your day-to-day activities you will:
Manage all direct and indirect taxes: VAT, Corporate Tax, IRPF, IAE, etc.
Control and reconcile tax balances.
Monitor and manage tax risk through control of contracts, licenses, insurances and related-party transactions.
Stay updated on fiscal regulations to ensure immediate application of tax requirements.
Lead continuous fiscal audits and respond efficiently to requirements and inspections, preparing and reviewing all necessary documentation.
Collaborate in R&D projects, grants and investment processes.
Handle and protect confidential fiscal information in line with established protocols.
