What are we looking for?
An/a Technical Manager – Avionics, with at least 10 years of experience.
Availability to join a stable project in
Rivas-vaciamadrid .
Degree: Technical Engineering.
Work Model: Hybrid.
Work Schedule: M-T: 9H //F: 5.5H.
Requirements
Degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
Extensive experience in complex technological environments, preferably in avionics, defence or aeronautical systems.
Knowledge of avionics systems such as:
Navigation, communications, mission, sensors and/or control.
Embedded systems integration.
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams with motivation, clarity and a results-oriented approach.
Strategic vision, initiative and a focus on technical excellence.
What will your responsibilities be?
You will lead a technical team specialising in avionics, coordinating key areas of the project and ensuring excellence at every stage of the system lifecycle.
You will assign tasks, monitor workload and facilitate the resolution of technical bottlenecks.
Coordinate the design, development, integration and validation of avionics systems.
Manage the system lifecycle, from requirements definition through to commissioning.
Ensure compliance with regulations, standards and best practices applicable to avionics and critical systems (DO-178, DO-254, ARINC, etc., as applicable).
Act as a technical interface with other departments, clients and project stakeholders.
