Business Development Manager – Hunting and Outdoor Market
The Business Development Manager should have extensive knowledge of hunting and basic experience in electronics. A licensed hunter is highly preferred. The primary responsibility is to develop the hunting market by approaching and building solid relationships with Distributors, Dealer Shops, and End Users.
The key attributes of a successful Business Development Manager include:
* Strong business acumen

* Active social media user (Instagram/Facebook) with a high number of followers (preferred)
* Experience in retail environments

As a brand ambassador, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for:
* Developing the hunting market, visiting dealers and shops, promoting the brand, organizing display instructions, activities, and events, building relationships, conducting market research, and surveying competitors and customers
* Identifying potential business opportunities and growth areas
* Addressing dealer and end-user pain points and providing necessary support
* Presenting solutions to potential customers
* Supporting marketing activities at trade shows, conferences, and events
* Collaborating with regional sales teams

* Assisting consultants in project specifications
* Positioning HikMicro as the preferred product for consultants
* Preparing reports for management
