Enjoy a hybrid work model, continuous training, and clear career progression opportunities in a fast-paced environment.What will you do?- Proactively identify, research, and prospect high-potential customers through a mix of warm and cold outreach (there are sales development representatives to do prospecting as well)- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure- Present tailored advertising strategies aligned with customer marketing objectives- Build, maintain, and expand a portfolio of customers to ensure long-term revenue growth- Understand customer goals and challenges, using data to create compelling value-driven solutions- Conduct regular meetings to review campaign performance and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities- Act as a product expert, advising on advertising solutions and best practices- Maintain accurate client records and sales pipeline in CRM systems such as Salesforce- Collaborate with internal teams to improve lead quality and sales performance.Candidate profile- Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish level of C2 and English at C1 (written and spoken)- Experience in digital advertising sales or account management is highly desirable- Proven ability to prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals independently- Experience with outbound sales and managing a client portfolio- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales pipeline management- Understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, or similar- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex solutions- Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated with a track record of achieving targets- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.Employer offers- Full-time (39 hours/week) hybrid position in Barcelona- Base salary with a performance-based bonus- Referral program with attractive incentives- Continuous training, certifications, and sales development programs- Clear career growth opportunities within an international environment- Supportive team culture with coaching and professional development.About BarcelonaExperience life in one of Europe’s most vibrant cities, known for its sunny climate, rich culture, and Mediterranean lifestyle.
