Sales & Business DevelopmentDrive growth across SIRIO’s product portfolio (softgels, gummies, tablets, and functional beverages)Meet and exceed annual sales targets (revenue and margin)Generate new business opportunities and follow up on regional leadsRepresent SIRIO at trade shows and networking eventsNegotiation & ContractingLead contract negotiations and secure long-term commercial supply agreementsRespond to tenders and develop compelling proposals with internal teamsPartner with Marketing and Product Management to track market trends and competitor activityCoordinate with cross-functional teams in Europe and China to deliver on customer projectsStrategic Sales ExecutionTrack account performance and provide insightful reporting to senior managementManage budgets and CRM / project pipelines efficientlyUnderstand key retail processes including range reviews and margin structuresYour Profile :
5+ years of experience as a sales or account manager with a proven track record in retail or pharmacy sectorsDeep understanding of nutraceuticals, food supplements, or related consumer healthcare productsStrong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and pricing skillsFluent in English (additional languages such as German, French, Italian or Polish are a plus)Comfortable navigating both strategic conversations and operational executionA team player who can also lead, mentor and collaborate across functions and culturesWilling to travel regularly within EuropeWe offer :
