Mission : Intellectual Property Paralegal within Puig Corporate Legal Services
What you'll get to do
1. Follow-up of administrative prosecution for the management of IP portfolios, in direct contact with External Counsels and under supervision of Legal Counsels, including proposal and implementation of protection plans, opposition proceedings, maintenance and watching processes.
2. Obtention of business information (use, sales figures, etc.), preparation of evidence required in different proceedings, documentation for searches, preparation of signatures and legalizations with Notaries.
3. Management of invoices and budget follow-up.
4. Monitoring of internal IP database updates.
5. Providing support in various transversal projects and other IP paralegal tasks.
