Role Description
This is a project-based hybrid role for an Inspector inmobiliario/Arquitecto based in Cataluña or Costa Brava, with opportunities for remote work. The role involves conducting technical property inspections in your region. The Inspector will collaborate with clients and team members to guarantee smooth property transactions. We provide complete guidance, structure and legal basis/protection, so you can offer home inspections with minimal effort and risk.
Qualifications
Experience in property inspections, technical assessments, and energy efficiency evaluation. xpzdshu
Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English and other languages is a plus
Ability to work in both on-site and remote settings
Proficiency in using relevant software tools and technology
Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields, with previous experience in the real estate sector as an advantage.
