Job Description
We are looking for a Transfer Agent to join our incoming agency in Benidorm and strengthen our team. As a Transfer Agent- Emergency Team you will be responsible for managing and supporting the main central pick-up points for the transfer routes in Benidorm. You will maintain close communication with drivers and TTOO customers to ensure the highest quality of service, as well as handle incidents. The main responsibilities will be
- Management and control of transfers in Benidorm.
- Support at the main Pick-Up points of our transfers.
- Customer check-in for transfer services.
- Communication with providers, hoteliers and TTOO.
- Incident management.
- Coordination with other internal departments to ensure service quality.
- Emergency phone: handling calls on certain days of the week outside office hours.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Advanced level of English, other languages will be a plus.
- Ability to work properly with IT Systems and quickly adapt to our In-house operational systems.
- Good knowledge of Costa Blanca.
- Studies of Tourism or related fields.
- Adaptable working hours to cover emergencies.
