We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Export Area Manager to support the development and expansion of international markets. The idóneo candidate will have a solid understanding of global trade operations, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement export strategies to maximize profitability while optimizing operational costs within existing accounts.
Identify and prospect new international markets and business opportunities.
Prepare export proposals, offers, and commercial quotations.
Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with international distributors and partners.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and risks.
Manage customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance export processes and operational efficiency.
Travel internationally (approximately 30% of the time) to meet clients and develop long-term business relationships.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years' proven experience in export activities.
Previous experience in the Healthcare and/or Industrial sectors is highly valued.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Science-related academic background is appreciated (not mandatory).
High level of English (written and spoken) is required.
French is a plus.
Availability and willingness to travel internationally (around 30%).
