In this role you will lead global marketing efforts for Cisco Capital, shaping digital engagement, demand generation, and brand amplification. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to drive awareness and demand for flexible financing and Cisco-certified remanufactured equipment. You’ll optimize digital properties, integrate campaigns, and enable the partner ecosystem, using data to optimize performance. This is a hands-on, impact-driven role with global reach and cross-time-zone collaboration.

• Optimize and manage digital properties across, SalesConnect, and SharePoint to keep content fresh and accessible
• Contribute to and execute demand generation strategies across digital channels
• Integrate Cisco Capital into Cisco marketing campaigns to drive engagement for finance solutions and refurbished equipment
• Own interlock with the Virtual Demand Center (VDC) and enable the Partner sales team
• Partner with data analytics to report on digital engagement, campaign performance, and marketing effectiveness
• Amplify Cisco Capital's social media presence in collaboration with Content & Communications marketing
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Cisco marketing, sales, and product teams to drive growth
• Manage multiple projects and timelines in a dynamic, global environment
• Leverage graphic design fundamentals or tools where helpful to support campaigns
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 3-6 years of progressive digital marketing, campaign management, social media, or content management experience in B2B/tech
• Proven ability to manage and optimize content on, SalesConnect, xpzdshu and SharePoint
• Experience supporting or executing digital marketing and demand generation campaigns from concept to launch
• Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting/analytics to measure performance
• Strong social media management experience and ability to boost brand awareness
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; adaptable to various teams and tasks
• Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
• Graphic design knowledge or hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (nice to have)
