We are looking for a Security Awareness Specialist to join our team for a multinational leader in the international organizations sector.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement an Information Security Awareness strategy and roadmap.
* Define and deliver an annual calendar of awareness activities.
* Leverage platform content to create CBT courses (general, role-based, executive-level).
* Produce reinforcement material such as posters, quizzes, and newsletters.
* Design and execute phishing simulations aligned with program objectives.
* Operate and administer the chosen awareness platform.
* Organize and deliver webinars on cybersecurity topics.
* Coordinate platform integration and customization between vendor and clients.
* Provide quarterly awareness reports including phishing statistics and training metrics.
* Continuously improve, with the service manager, the standardized delivery framework.
Skills
* Ability to operate and administer Security Awareness platforms (e.g., Terranova, Knowbe4, ProofPoint, Cofense, Living Security, GoPhish, etc.).
* Proven track record of successful security awareness projects.
* Ability to organize and deliver webinars on cybersecurity topics.
* Experience in medium/large projects.
* Expert knowledge of information security risks and mitigation strategies.
* Ability to understand IT risk in both technical and business contexts and communicate effectively.
* Experience with Microsoft Office tools and Microsoft Project.
* High level of English (minimum B2).
