Ventós Group is an international company specialized in the distribution and production of Essential Oils & Aroma Chemicals with the Head Quarters located in Barcelona, Spain. We are currently looking to strengthen our Marketing team in Barcelona by incorporating a Marketing Specialist who will support the execution of marketing and communication initiatives across the Group while working closely with the Marketing Manager and other departments. Support the implementation of the company’s marketing and communication plans across all Group companies.
Create, coordinate, and publish content for digital and offline communication channels, including social media, newsletters, corporate communications, and the company website. Ensure consistency of the Ventós brand identity, visual standards, and messaging across all subsidiaries and communication materials. Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and corporate communication initiatives.
Liaise with suppliers, agencies, printers, event organizers, and other external partners involved in marketing projects. Design, update, and manage marketing materials such as brochures, catalogues, presentations, advertisements, flyers, product sheets, and other corporate documentation. Manage and coordinate corporate merchandising and promotional materials for customers, events, and internal initiatives.
Prepare and distribute newsletters and email marketing campaigns, monitoring engagement and performance metrics. Collaborate closely with the Sales team to support commercial initiatives, customer engagement activities, and promotional campaigns. Assist in the analysis and reporting of marketing activities, campaign performance, website traffic, and communication metrics.
Support the continuous improvement of the corporate website and other digital communication platforms. Contribute to the development of new communication formats, digital tools, and marketing initiatives that strengthen the company’s market presence. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
Knowledge of social media management, content creation, email marketing, and digital communication tools.
Experience using graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools. Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Fluent
