Responsibilities
Your day to day with us :
* MRP tool management for the correct material supply to the line.
* Monthly Plant Closures, analyzing actual and theoretical stock levels and the origin of possible discrepancies.
* Management of administrative tasks specific to the position (suppliers, co-packers...).
* Coordination with internal HQ departments (Accounts Payable, and others), with a special focus on fluid and timely communication that guarantees agreements made with suppliers.
* Support in the supervision of the shift team.
* Management of documentation for Corporate and External Audits relevant to the function. Support in Inventory Control (Rotation, traceability).
Qualifications
What will you need to succeed?
* Education : High School Diploma, Higher Vocational Training.
* Spanish proficiency and English at an Intermediate level.
* Proficiency in office automation tools, high level.
* Extensive knowledge in Excel, Word, Oracle, Discoverer, PowerPoint and other administrative tools.
* Speed and agility in the execution of administrative tasks.
* Analytical and communication skills.
