Join us as a Inside Sales for Iberia!

Are you passionate about connecting with customers and uncovering business opportunities? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, international environment where your insights and energy make a real impact?

We’re looking for a proactive and curious team player to join our Inside Sales team. You’ll be at the heart of our growth strategy, identifying potential customers, qualifying leads, and helping our sales team succeed.

How you will do

Your mission is to fuel our sales pipeline with high-quality leads and ensure a seamless transition to our frontline sales team. Your responsibilities will include:

Prospecting & Research

1. Conduct desktop research to identify new business prospects.
2. Collaborate with field teams to gather market insights and customer intelligence.

Outbound Engagement

3. Initiate outbound calls and emails to engage potential customers.
4. Create and nurture new leads through personalized outreach.

Lead Qualification

5. Score and assess leads based on data quality, completeness, and business potential.
6. Evaluate customer assets for upgrade or service opportunities.
7. Engage in discovery conversations to understand customer needs and readiness.

Lead Management

8. Assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales representatives.
9. Convert leads into opportunities or schedule them for future follow-up.
10. Support campaign execution and monitor performance.

Focus Areas

12. New & Maintenance Contracts

What we are look for

Degree in Business, Technical, Engineering or similar or 2-year degree & relevant experience

2 years of Inside sales, telemarketing selling, or business experience

Basic knowledge of products and solutions of our sector

Languages: Spanish & English. Other European Lenguajes will be valued

Strong communication and active listening skills

Customer empathy and relationship-building ability

Self-motivation and ability to manage tasks independently

Tenacity, perseverance, and stress resilience

High standards of integrity
