Experteer Overview As Country Sales Manager, you will lead end-to-end sales of Agfa HealthCare’s Enterprise Imaging and IT portfolio in Spain and Portugal. You’ll drive growth within existing accounts and open new business, coordinating with cross-functional teams to align solutions with customer needs. You will manage complex sales cycles, negotiate contracts, and forecast opportunities, while building senior-level relationships. This role offers meaningful impact by expanding adoption of healthcare IT in hospitals and clinics across the region.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Develop and execute account and territory strategies to grow revenue and protect the installed base
- Identify and close new opportunities by presenting Agfa's full Healthcare IT portfolio
- Manage complex sales cycles including stakeholder alignment, bid management and contract negotiation
- Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers (C-suite, clinical and IT leadership)
- Deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline management and order intake plans
- Serve as a trusted advisor translating customer needs into solution strategies
- Provide market and customer insights to marketing, regulatory and product teamsResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or related field
- 5 to 10+ years' experience in complex B2B sales, preferably Healthcare IT or medical imaging
- Strong consultative selling skills and experience with enterprise decision processes
- Entrepreneurial, self-driven and comfortable working autonomously
