Assortment PlanningDevelop and execute seasonal merchandising strategies for womenswear, aligned with brand identity and business goals.Analyze sales data, trends, and market insights to create well-balanced, data-driven assortment plans across all categories.Collaborate with buying teams to select trend-relevant, commercially viable products that meet customer needs and brand standards.PlanningDevelop accurate sales forecasts, analyze sell-through performance, and collaborate with planning teams to ensure timely delivery of womenswear products.Market analysis:
Trend ForecastingConduct continuous market and trend research at global and local levels, analyze competitor activity, and monitor industry events to inform womenswear strategy and identify emerging customer preferences.Data Analysis:
