Our client is a fast-growing technology company developing high-performance electric powertrain systems for global OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and micro-mobility manufacturers. Their mission is to make electric vehicles more powerful, efficient, and accessible, driving the next evolution in e-mobility.
We’re seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager with a strong engineering background and the ambition to expand business across international markets.
Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the electric vehicle segment.
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with OEM and Tier 1 clients.
* Collaborate with internal finance, operations, and engineering teams to align customer needs with product capabilities.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
* Deliver professional pre-sales and post-sales support, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to guide strategic decisions.
Requirements
* Engineering degree
* 10+ years of experience in sales or account management within the automotive or related industries
* Experience with complex multidisciplinary systems (electrical, hardware, software)
* Strong commercial drive with a track record in achieving ambitious sales targets
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Fluent in English and Spanish
* Willingness to travel frequently
