What To Expect
* Drive Business Growth: Achieve and exceed targets by promoting Hologic's advanced diagnostics portfolio to hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare networks throughout Comunidad de Madrid.
* Key Account Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, decision-makers, and C-suite executives, delivering excellence in customer service and support.
* Strategic Territory Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive territory and account plans, identifying new opportunities and maximizing market impact.
* Industry Expertise: Stay informed about healthcare trends, regulations, and competitors, especially in the medical diagnostics and devices sector.
* Technical & Regulatory Knowledge: Confidently explain product features and applications, and support customers with technical and regulatory insights.
* Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze sales data and market trends to uncover business opportunities and mitigate risks.
* Brand Ambassador: Represent Hologic with integrity, positively promoting our brand and upholding our values in every interaction.
* Leadership Opportunities: Mentor colleagues, support team development, and act as deputy for the Sales Manager when needed.
What We Expect
* Sales & Account Management Experience: Proven track record in sales, ideally within medical diagnostics - cytology or molecular preferred
* Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of healthcare environments, customer segments, and the regulatory landscape.
* Relationship Building: Ability to establish trust and influence key accounts, from lab managers to hospital executives.
* Strategic Mindset: Skilled in creating and executing complex account strategies that align with company goals.
* Negotiation & Communication: Strong negotiation skills, and the ability to deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences.
* Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities: Proficient in interpreting sales data and market trends; creative in overcoming challenges.
* Mobility: Valid driver's licence and readiness to travel extensively across Comunidad de Madrid (approx. 4 days/week).
* Personal Qualities: Customer-centric, proactive, resilient, ethical, adaptable, and collaborative. Dedicated to representing Hologic's values and supporting team development.
