We are expanding across Spain and Portugal and are looking for a motivated professional to help us grow our B2B client base.
🎯 Role: Business Development Representative (B2B Lead Generation)
You will be responsible for discovering, reaching out to, and qualifying new corporate clients who can benefit from our pitch golf experiences. This is a self-driven freelance role ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, enjoys building relationships with companies, and is excited about working in the sports & team-building sector.
📝 Responsibilities
* Identify and generate new B2B leads across Spain and Portugal.
* Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and networking.
* Build and maintain a pipeline of corporate prospects (HR, People & Culture, Event Managers, Office Managers, etc.).
* Present Pitch Golf Experience offerings to potential clients.
* Collaborate remotely with our team using Trello, Google Drive, and Google Teams.
* Track leads, progress, and results in an organized manner.
🔍 Requirements
* Based in Spain or Portugal (other regions may be considered).
* Freelance professional with the ability to work independently.
* Strong initiative and ability to generate leads using personal methods and networks.
* Languages:
* Conversational Spanish (required)
* English and Portuguese (a strong plus)
* Experience in B2B sales, outreach, or business development is highly valued.
* Comfortable working with remote teams and digital tools (Trello, Drive, Google Teams).
