We are looking for a Store Manager to lead our seasonal pop‐up in Ibiza from June to September . If you bring strong retail expertise, a proactive mindset, and the ability to elevate both team performance and customer experience, this role offers an exciting summer challenge.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth, oversee daily operations, and lead the sales team with a hands‐on, people‐first approach.
Develop strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets through clientelling, exceptional service, events, partnerships, and traffic‐driving initiatives.
Ensure a consistent, high‐quality in‐store experience aligned with brand standards.
Think strategically and make decisions that elevate store performance.
Prioritize, plan, delegate, and manage administrative tasks while adapting to evolving business needs.
Maximize inventory efficiency and maintain strong cash‐control and loss‐prevention practices.
