Overview
We are currently looking for a Change and Delivery Manager (AAEE – AI Automation, Efficiency & Effectiveness) to join our dynamic team, where you will be responsible for bridging the gap between technical delivery and business adoption, ensuring our AI and automation tools are clearly scoped, effectively delivered, and fully utilized to drive operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
1- Delivery Enablement:
* Support the Head of AAEE in translating business priorities into actionable project scopes.
* Facilitate MVP definition: identify essential vs. nice-to-have requirements.
* Maintain project visibility, milestones, and dependencies within
* Coordinate communication between development teams and business users to ensure alignment and progress clarity.
2- Change Management and Adoption:
* Ensure every new tool or automation has clear, user-friendly documentation.
* Translate technical documentation into practical user guides, FAQs, and intranet content.
* Oversee the rollout and handover of tools to end users, ensuring understanding and correct usage.
* Monitor adoption post-launch; identify and address barriers to sustained use.
* Maintain a consistent feedback loop between users and the AAEE team for continuous improvement.
3- Communication and Coordination:
* Act as a structured point of contact between AAEE and the wider business.
* Coordinate input from developers, analysts, and stakeholders, ensuring accountability and progress tracking.
* Support the Head of AAEE in status reporting, risk tracking, and impact measurement.
* Help streamline project communication and ensure information is accurately recorded and shared.
4- Continuous Improvement:
* Learn existing AAEE delivery frameworks and propose refinements to improve consistency and clarity.
* Contribute ideas for enhancing documentation standards, onboarding materials, and knowledge transfer processes.
* Support the development of repeatable playbooks for delivery and adoption.
Required Skills
The Office: Barcelona, hybrid model
Key Requirements
• 5+ years' experience in change management, project management, or operations delivery within a technology, automation, or transformation context.
• Proven ability to move initiatives from scoping through to successful business adoption.
• Strong communication and documentation skills — capable of turning technical language into clear, accessible content.
• Demonstrated skill in stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams.
• Structured and autonomous in planning, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
• Proficient with project management tools, ideally
• Experience working in cross-functional or agile environments.
• Fluent in English (Spanish an advantage).
Desirable
• Experience with AI, automation, or digital transformation programmes.
• Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar cloud ecosystems.
• Familiarity with finance or operational systems integration (e.g. ERP, BI tools).
• Change management certification (e.g. Prosci, APMG) or project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, AgilePM).
