Full time (2PM - 10PM), RemoteRole OverviewWorking as part of the Global Service Delivery Specialist team to support delivery of networking projects. Coordinating service delivery tasks across IPC customers, IPC internal teams and external suppliers. Reporting on the status of tasks and managing the interdependencies between them to deliver first class customer service.Supporting both internal and external projectsManaging and overseeing service delivery tasks from order receipt to customer handover and bill releaseChanges to existing servicesCease of servicesCollaborating with internal teams, vendors and customers to gather the information required for order deliveryCoordinating task and deliverables to ensure smooth service delivery executionGenerating tasks in workflow systemsWorking with customer billing and vendor cost information :
creating bill items, maintaining bill forecast date, releasing billing to customers and supporting internal teams and customer with answering billing queriesPlacing and managing orders with vendors to IPCAdding and removing TDM services on the IPC networkPreparing internal and external reportingEssential Skills and Experience to be Successful in this RoleMinimum 5 years’ experience in IP / Telecommunication Service Provider Delivery of Network SolutionsBachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or a related field. Non-engineering certification (not technical profiles), but candidates should have a fundamental understanding of the technical aspects and their implicationsPractical working knowledge of ordering ethernet and extranet circuitsOrdering and Coordination of internal / external services requirementsKnowledge of delivering voice solutionsInternal / External resource coordination of Voice / Data solutions in the Telecommunication industryExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience of coordinating project deliverables within multiple task owners across a number of teamsAbility to prioritize along critical path to meet project milestones and deliverable datesProblem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate mini projects effectivelyDesired Skills :
