The role
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Lead – Industrial Solutions to drive growth in industrial markets.
This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can generate opportunities, lead complex sales processes, and convert pilots into real revenue.
What you will do
* Lead business development across industrial sectors:
* energy
* infrastructure
* logistics
* large corporate environments
* Build and manage a strong commercial pipeline
* Own the full sales cycle:
* prospecting
* qualification
* discovery
* proposal
* negotiation
* closing
* Convert pilots into:
* long-term contracts
* recurring revenue (SaaS / SPAI)
* Work closely with product and delivery teams to align solutions with market needs
* Help structure offers, pricing, and go-to-market approach
* Build relationships with senior decision-makers
What we are looking for
* 10+ years of experience in complex B2B sales
* Proven track record of closing deals
* Experience selling:
* technology
* SaaS
* data or analytics solutions
* Strong commercial judgment and autonomy
* Ability to navigate long sales cycles and complex stakeholders
* Comfortable in fast-moving, evolving environments
Nice to have
* Experience in energy, infrastructure, climate, or ESG sectors
* Experience in startups or scale-ups
* Experience converting pilots into recurring business
