Who Are You?

* A motivated and ambitious professional based in Spain, ready to strengthen and expand Syneto’s presence through strategic channel partnerships;
* A relationship builder, eager to connect with partners and support their long term success;

* Comfortable reporting to an international leadership team and collaborating across borders.

Act as the bridge between Syneto and our channel/reseller partners in Spain, building trust, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring long-term collaboration.

What we need you to do

* Identify and approach new channel partners in Spain, qualifying opportunities in coordination with the VP of Sales
* Nurture relationships with existing partners and help them grow their business with Syneto solutions
* Understand partner and customer needs and support them throughout the sales cycle
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent execution of partner strategies
* Report regularly on account status and pipeline development
* Assist in the development of local partner programs, marketing initiatives, and events
* Represent Syneto at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings across Spain
* Act as a key contributor to building our partner ecosystem in the region

What skills and experience you need

* Previous experience in partner/channel sales, B2B account management, or IT distribution (ideally 2–4 years);
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills;
* Fluency in Spanish (mandatory); English is a plus;
* Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively;
* Familiarity with the Spanish IT market and partner ecosystem is a strong advantage;
* Ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities;
* Comfortable with travel within Spain and occasional travel to Italy or events abroad;
* Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Business, or related field is preferred.
