Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a ServiceNow developer to collaborate with a leading global pharmaceutical company.
The role involves development, configuration, testing, and administration of the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities include customizing applications, workflows, dashboards, and Service Portals, along with incident and request management, access control (ACLs), testing, validation, technical support, performance analysis, and documentation.
The candidate will work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, propose solutions, and ensure alignment with business needs, staying updated on ServiceNow capabilities and best practices.
Key Skills & Experience :
* Over 3 years of ServiceNow development experience.
* Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML/XML, and ServiceNow APIs.
* Experience with core modules and custom app development.
* Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, ITIL processes, and relational databases.
* Experience in testing and validating ServiceNow solutions.
* Knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Analytical, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
