What You'll Do:
Criteo is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Product Manager, whose mission is to help the company scale its operations while enhancing the efficient delivery of value to clients. The Global Automation team is organized across multiple product teams, each led by a Product Manager and comprising of engineers, designers, supported by cross-functional partners.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead a cross-functional team to build, optimize, and unify internal applications and processes. This role will focus on empowering internal users with a centralized platform that provides actionable guidance to grow client revenue, unlock upsell opportunities, enable intelligent campaign optimization, and streamline alerting and troubleshooting.
You will design and deliver a mix of agentic and non-agentic solutions, ranging from intelligent automation to more structured workflows and user-driven interfaces. Your work will enable faster issue resolution, safeguard and grow revenue, and enable commercial and operations teams to deliver best-in-class service while maximizing client value.
1. Define and champion a long-term vision for the product, aligning with the company's overarching goals and inspiring teams to execute with excellence.
2. Develop and deliver a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap to make this vision a reality.
3. Foster collaboration across international teams of engineers, designers, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities and driving collective progress towards shared objectives.
4. Deeply understand user needs by conducting user research, gathering feedback and analyzing data to continuously identify areas of opportunity.
5. Own the product backlog, define user stories and requirements, and prioritize tasks with a clear “why” using a data-driven approach that incorporates both qualitative and quantitative insights.
6. Lead the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration, while maintaining a relentless focus on delivering value to users and stakeholders.
7. Establish ambitious goals for the team, set and monitor key success metrics, and regularly evaluate the impact of product initiatives on business outcomes, adjusting strategies as needed.
8. Drive alignment and buy-in across the organization for product initiatives, serving as a vocal advocate for your product portfolio and its strategic importance.
Who You Are:
9. 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on automationand internal tooling.
10. Proven track record of tackling complex business challenges, showing the ability and initiative to define the right solutions, and successfully navigate ambiguity across a large organization to achieve results.
11. Relentless customer focus and UX mindset with proven ability to solve intricate user problems and deliver intuitive, user-friendly solutions.
12. Strong interest in AI-driven products, including agentic systems and intelligent automation, with a desire to apply these concepts to real-world problems.
13. Proficient in agile product development methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence, with a desire to continuous improvement and adaptation.
14. Entrepreneurial mindset focused on results, demonstrated through a proactive approach to problem-solving, driving innovation, and delivering measurable impact.
15. You are dynamic, versatile, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
16. You are fluent in English and fully comfortable using it as your default written and spoken language.
