The Role You’ll oversee the day-to-day coordination of live basketball productions, acting as a bridge between DAZN, federations, host broadcasters, facilities providers, and freelance crews. From logistics and accreditation to budgets and broadcast delivery, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that every production runs smoothly, efficiently, and to world-class standards.
You’ll also support non-live and studio basketball content, and occasionally travel to venues across Spain to provide on-site production support.
This role will be based in our Madrid office.

What Youll Be Doing Oversee domestic travel logistics and accommodation for staff and crew travelling to ACB games across Spain.
Act as the primary point of contact with ACB partners, ensuring accreditations, facilities, and permissions are secured for on-site productions.
Liaise with facilities providers to ensure consistent services, H&S; compliance, and detailed call sheets.
Collaborate with the Head of Resources and Finance to create and manage production budgets.
Ensure contracts and payments to freelancers and suppliers are processed on time.
Coordinate staff and freelance crews for on-site productions and Madrid-based shows, working closely with third-party providers.
Partner with DAZN operations and technical teams to ensure successful broadcast delivery to DAZN platforms.
What Youll Bring A strong passion for basketball (especially the ACB), with drive, determination, and resilience.
Experience managing production budgets, including reporting and cost control.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work across complex sports calendars.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with federations, suppliers, freelancers, and internal stakeholders.
Ability to perform under pressure while guiding colleagues and external partners to meet delivery standards.
Strong skills in Excel and budget documentation; proficiency in Microsoft Office a plus.
Experience line-managing staff or freelancers in a production environment.
Solid understanding of technical workflows and broadcast delivery requirements.
High emotional intelligence with a diplomatic, solution-focused approach to challenges.
A broad knowledge of sport, with a particular focus on Spanish basketball.
