Job Summary
The objective of Ericsson Consulting is to deliver engagements that generate value for our customers and enable greater value to Ericsson. We are looking for a highly experienced Techno-Operational Consulting Leader to lead the NW & BOS Transformation Consulting practice and to be part of the Global Consulting Leadership Team that leads business and offerings across Ericsson.
Domain Expertise Area Details
* AN, Orchestration & Automation transformation – Good understanding of Autonomous networks methodology, orchestration and automation transformation approaches taken by industry leaders and global early adopters, practical experience of transformation delivery programs including organizational impacts, process impacts, systems integration and operational transformation.
* 5G Core and 5G Network – Good understanding of 5G Core technology evolution towards 5G SA, end‑to‑end technology evolution beyond Core including RAN and Transport, strong understanding of business implications of 5G Core technology options and roadmap, enabling 5G use cases and monetization.
* Telco Cloud transformation – Good knowledge of cloud transformation challenges, impacts and approaches taken by industry leaders, practical experience of Telco Cloud Transformation programs and cloud operating models, knowledge of CICD / DevOps and related operational processes.
* Operational transformation and operating models to support 5G Evolution – Strong competence in defining operational transformation approaches for evolution to 5G, high‑level OSS systems knowledge, definition of processes, metrics, KPIs and OSS system design.
* Agile methodologies and DevOps – Strong understanding of new Agile methodologies, DevOps workforce of work and operational implications of moving network elements to virtualized or cloud native environments.
* OSS Systems / Support strategies – Good understanding of operational trends and system approaches, awareness of competitor vendor landscape.
* Standards and architecture knowledge – TOGAF, ITIL and standard architectures such as TMF TAM/SID/Oda.
Qualifications
* 15+ years of professional experience including demonstrated ability to sell and deliver consulting projects.
* Proven capability to sell and deliver Core / Technology / Operational Consulting projects with a business mindset.
* Previous experience leading Consulting business, practice and teams with P&L accountability.
* Sound technical knowledge across Core, Cloud, RAN, Telco Orchestration and B/OSS Transformation domains.
* Sound delivery skills – ability to create plans to align technical strategies with business ambition, highly experienced in formulating strategies and defining transformation journeys, proven influencing skills.
* Strong people and team leadership skill – coaching, individual development, team growth, operational management of team.
* Sound behavioral skills – excellent oral and written communication, high orientation towards innovation and learning, experience working in international and cross‑cultural environments, results‑oriented and commercial thinking.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, and preferably a Master’s in Business.
