### Your TaskThis is a **Machine Learning Engineer** position focused on designing, developing, and deploying Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions for productive environments. This position is based in **Reus, Granada, Seville or Malaga**.#### Responsibilities* Design, develop and deploy Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions aimed at productive environments* Implement and maintain MLOps pipelines that cover model training, validation, versioning, deployment and monitoring* Collaborate with Data Scientists to transform prototypes and notebooks into robust, scalable and maintainable solutions* Develop services and APIs for the consumption of AI models in applications and business processes* Ensure the quality of the code, applying software engineering principles (testing, modularity, documentation)* Automate deployments of AI models and components using CI/CD* Implement model monitoring mechanisms (performance, drift, data quality)* Integrate AI solutions with data platforms and cloud systems* Participate in the definition of technical standards, good practices and architecture of AI solutions* Work in agile environments, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams### Your ProfileWe are looking for an experienced **MLOps Engineer** with 5-6 years of experience in AI/ML solution development, strong software engineering skills, and expertise in deploying and maintaining machine learning models in production environments.#### Must Have Skills* 5-6 years of experience in developing AI/Machine Learning solutions or software engineering applied to AI* Solid training in software engineering (design, testing, version control, good practices)* Python proficiency* Experience with ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar)* Experience in MLOps and full life cycle of models* Knowledge of CI/CD and version control with Git* Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker)* Familiarity with deploying models as services (REST APIs, batch, streaming)* Experience working in at least one Cloud environment (Azure, AWS or GCP)* Knowledge of integrating models with data pipelines* Good communication and teamwork skills#### Nice to Have Skills* Experience with MLops platforms (MLFlow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML)* Knowledge of monitoring and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, cloud-native tools)* Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation)* Knowledge of Deep Learning models or LLMs and their deployment in production* Experience in regulated environments or with AI governance requirements* Cloud or AI/ML certifications (Azure AI Engineer, AWS ML Specialty, Google ML Engineer)At **T-Systems**, you'll find groundbreaking projects that add to social and ecological well-being.
