Source and execute high‑quality investments, taking lead investor roles with full responsibility for structuring, valuation, negotiation, governance, and co‑investment arrangements. /li liAssist with the fundraising process with investors. /li liManage interactions with investee businesses including Board and shareholder positions. Play an active role on the boards of portfolio companies, contributing strategic guidance, supporting growth initiatives, overseeing risk management, and preparing companies for exit scenarios (trade sale, IPO, secondary). /li liEnsure active portfolio stewardship, monitoring performance, anticipating risks, and supporting founders in critical decision‑making moments. /li liDrive ESG outcomes. /li liMentor and develop the internal team, transferring knowledge and judgment to junior and mid‑level colleagues, and fostering a high‑performance, mission‑driven culture. /li /ul h3WHAT YOU’LL BRING /h3 pOur people are our greatest strength. We’re enabling teams to go beyond by valuing who they are and empowering what they bring. /p h3Professional Experience /h3 ul liYears in climatech / deeptech VC, (Required) /li liStrong transaction experience (Series A–B preferred) with exposure to full deal lifecycle (origination, execution, portfolio management, exit) and proven track record. (Required) /li liStrong technical foundation: an engineering background is an advantage. (Required) /li liExperience in either a top‑tier VC, corporate venture arm, or climate / industrial innovation platform. (Required) /li liDemonstrated ability to build founder relationships and source proprietary deals. (Required) /li liInternational exposure or pan‑European investment experience is a plus. (Preferred) /li /ul h3Education /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Finance or Economics. (Required) /li liMBA and / or PhD. (Preferred) /li liComplementary training in climate, energy, or industrial technologies will be highly valued. (Preferred) /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liFluency in English. (Required) /li liAn additional European language (Spanish, French, or German). (Preferred) /li /ul h3Hard Skills /h3 ul liStrong financial modelling, valuation, and deal structuring capabilities.
