Global Payroll Analyst

Are you a detail-oriented payroll professional with strong expertise in Spanish labour laws and multi-country payroll environments? Do you thrive on accuracy, efficiency, and helping employees get paid on time? We're looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team and ensure flawless payroll administration for our Spanish workforce.
This is a hybrid role that will work 3 days a week in out Madrid office and 2 from home.
Responsabilidades principales
1. Accurately process monthly payrolls, including salaries, overtime, bonuses, holiday pay, and deductions, fully compliant with Spanish labour laws and the Workers' Statute (Estatuto de los Trabajadores).
2. Manage social security activities such as onboarding new hires, handling leavers, recording absences, contract changes, sickness cases, and processing A1 certificates.
3. Administer employee benefits and incentives, including meal vouchers, pension plans, and health insurance.
4. Calculate, file, and remit tax and social security contributions to Seguridad Social and Agencia Tributaria.
5. Provide clear support and answers to employee queries on payroll topics like prorrateo, paga extra, and finiquito (severance pay).
