They develop smart sensors and software that allow physiotherapists and strength coaches to measure strength, balance, and range of motion in real-time.We are looking for a strategic sales leader to manage the LATAM partner network while spearheading direct business development within the Madrid region.Network Animation: Conduct regular performance audits, set annual sales targets, and ensure partner alignment with the brand's global strategy.Sales Support: Act as the technical and commercial expert during key international trade shows and major negotiations.Local Business Development – Madrid & Region (40%)~"Direct Sales: Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and on-site demonstrations to closing deals with healthcare professionals and performance directors.~ Local Ecosystem: Establish the brand as a leader in the Madrid sports and health community, turning local clients into regional success stories.
