Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist in following up channel business financial processes, including rebate verification and related reviews, to ensure compliance and timely execution
2. Assist in invoice issuance and information verification to ensure accuracy of billing content
3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to help resolve finance-related business issues and support smooth business operations
4. Assist in organizing and consolidating channel-related financial data and reports
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree student or above, preferably majoring in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with knowledge of Pivot Tables, common formulas, and data processing skills
3. Detail-oriented and responsible, sensitive to numbers, with basic data analysis and good communication/collaboration skills
4. Available to work at least 4 days per week and able to commit to an internship of 3 months or longer
5. Spanish, English or Chinese proficiency as a working language is preferred
