Name of the Position: Operario(a) de Mantenimiento Ferroviario - ATEINSA

Purpose of the Position
* Participate in the correct execution of maintenance work carried out by ATEINSA in maintenance workshops, ensuring compliance with quality indices and service requirements established by management and maintenance plans.
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of railway material.

Responsibilities
* Execute planned preventive and corrective tasks according to the Maintenance Plan, ensuring proper use of existing industrial documentation.
* Resolve incidents detected during railway vehicle maintenance.
* Complete necessary records to document preventive/corrective maintenance and campaigns performed according to company procedures.
* Repair faults, review, and tune units.
* Conduct protocols and tests on electromechanical components.
* Analyze and diagnose faults.
* Maintain order and cleanliness at the workstation.
* Request and collect necessary materials from the warehouse for maintenance operations, following defined procedures.
* Use machinery and equipment properly, including lifts, track lines, and forklifts.
* Collaborate on modification campaigns and monitoring of rolling stock in the workshop.
* Contribute to continuous improvement.
* Report safety incidents or near-misses to hierarchical superior.
* Comply with Quality, Environment, Safety, and Occupational Health Regulations.
Required Education
* Higher Secondary or equivalent in mechanics, electricity, electronics, automotive/propelled vehicles, or similar (mandatory)
* Secondary Education with at least 1 year of experience in a similar railway maintenance role (optional)
* Fluent Spanish language skills
Valuable Qualifications
* Technical training in Railway Rolling Stock Maintenance
* Knowledge of railway regulations
* Certifications for operating lifts, working at heights, cranes, hoists, train movement, handling fluorinated gases, electrical risks
Experience
* Minimum 6 months in a similar railway maintenance position (mandatory)
* Experience in HVAC and Pneumatics maintenance (valuable)
