Job Purpose
The Network Strategy Manager defines and implements LEVEL’s long-term network and fleet strategy, aligning with the airline's growth objectives. Responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, evaluating aircraft and capacity needs, and optimizing the network to maximize performance. The role supports strategic decisions through data analysis and leads initiatives to enhance network efficiency and competitiveness.
Main Responsibilities
1. Lead long-term planning and expansion strategy development.
2. Evaluate aircraft configurations and fleet types for acquisitions and growth planning.
3. Drive innovation in network planning via data modeling and automation.
4. Oversee business planning to ensure alignment with strategic goals and IAG standards.
5. Monitor industry trends and competitors to proactively address external factors.
6. Manage route feasibility studies and develop business cases for new destinations.
7. Lead special projects to support LEVEL’s strategic ambitions.
Education
* Degree in engineering, economics, airline management, or related analytical fields.
Experience
* 4-6 years in strategic roles, preferably in management consulting or airline industry, especially in network or strategy planning.
* Developing analytical methodologies to solve business questions.
* Proficiency in Office, Power BI, and analytical modeling and visualization.
* Knowledge of Sabre AirVision tools is desirable.
Languages
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
