Position: Asset ManagerLocation: Madrid, SpainWho are we recruiting for:Our client is a leading renewable energy producer with over a decade of consistent and sustainable growth. They develop, build, own and operate renewable energy projects on a long-term basis, with a strong commitment to delivering clean, affordable power while acting as a responsible and engaged partner in the communities where they operate.What will you be doing:-You will be responsible for the day-to-day asset management of a portfolio of operational renewable energy assets.-You will ensure assets are operated safely, efficiently and in line with financial, technical and ESG objectives.-You will manage and optimise OPEX and revenues, monitoring performance, availability, KPIs and budgets.-You will oversee and coordinate external service providers, including O&M contractors, asset managers, insurers and advisors.-You will lead contractual management across PPAs, O&M agreements, land leases and grid connection agreements.-You will support refinancing, reporting and lender relations, working closely with finance and investment teams.-You will identify performance improvement initiatives and risk mitigation actions to maximise long-term asset value.Are you the ideal candidate?-Degree in engineering, finance, economics or a related discipline.-Solid experience in renewable energy asset management, ideally within an IPP, fund or asset owner.-Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, grid operations and commercial structures.-Proven ability to manage operational budgets, service providers and technical performance.-Strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder management skills.-Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.What’s in it:-Competitive base salary-Annual bonus-Long-term career progression within a growing platform-Exposure to a high-quality renewable energy portfolio-Opportunity to play a key role in the energy transitionWho we are:Executive Integrity is a global executive search and recruitment consultancy dedicated to building a more sustainable world, with a strong focus on talent within the Green Technology and Renewable Energy sectors.
