Your Role

As Guest Service Supervisor, you will support the management team in ensuring an exceptional guest journey from arrival to departure. You will oversee front‑of‑house guest interactions, coordinate service touchpoints, and ensure every guest feels welcomed, valued, and cared for. You will lead by example, guiding the Guest Service team and creating a warm, efficient, and inspiring atmosphere.


What you will do

  • Supervise daily guest service operations and ensure smooth guest flow
  • Lead the Guest Service team by example during shifts
  • Ensure outstanding guest experience from arrival to departure
  • Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback with empathy and professionalism
  • Coordinate with F&B, Front Office, and other departments for seamless service
  • Support training and onboarding of Guest Service team members
  • Monitor service standards and assist in resolving operational challenges
  • Ensure reception and guest areas are clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards
  • Support reporting, scheduling, and operational procedures

Who we’re looking for

  • Experienced hospitality professional in guest service, front office, or similar roles
  • Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences
  • Hands‑on leader with a proactive and positive mindset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Able to perform under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
  • Natural team leader with a guest‑first attitude

Requirements

  • Previous experience as Guest Service Supervisor or similar role in hospitality
  • Strong knowledge of guest service operations and standards
  • Proven leadership and team coordination skills
  • Ability to multitask in busy environments
  • Understanding of service protocols, safety, and hospitality excellence
  • Fluent Spanish (English is a plus)
  • Valid EU / Ibiza work permit
