Adecco is representing a well-established manufacturer seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead a high-performing team, improve internal processes, and ensure exceptional service to key accounts. In this role, you will:
* Oversee day-to-day customer service operations, stepping in to assist the team during high-volume periods or when staffing is limited
* Act as the point of contact for escalated inquiries and customer concerns
* Provide hands-on leadership to a small team, including performance reviews, training, and staff development
* Establish department KPIs and coach team members to hit service and efficiency goals
* Analyze service performance and implement process improvements where needed
* Lead and maintain internal compliance procedures related to customer and quality standards
* Serve as liaison to strategic customers, tracking satisfaction and building long-term relationships
* Support adoption of customer management tools and systems, ensuring clean data and proper utilization
* Take ownership of export documentation and compliance requirements for the site
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of customer service experience in a business-to-business or manufacturing setting
* 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
* Experience with ERP systems
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Familiarity with process improvement tools or lean methodology is a plus
* Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
