We are recruiting a Technical Architect Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Service & Insights) to strengthen our team in Madrid, with the possibility of working in a hybrid model.
Responsibilities :
* Design Technical Architecture and integrations;
* Go through thetechnical design of the given business requirements for technical solutions and create a detailed Technical Architecture design document (TAD);
* Work closely with functional and technical consultants to understand requirements;
* Report progress periodically to the lead / project manager and assist them in reporting;
* Check in / check out code in Azure DevOps and update work items;
* Elaboration oftest plan documents;
* Solve architectural and technical issues encountered during testing cycles;
* Provide training sessions to the customer.
What we are looking for :
* 5 years (minimum) of experience as a Technical Architect in the Dynamics 365 CE platform;
* Experience in the Health Sector, more precisely with Customer Care;
* Experience with Dynamics 365 CE framework and platform (customer service and customer insights);
* Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE design and development experience;
* Demonstrable knowledge in customization, low-code flows, and apps with Power Automate and Power Apps;
* Knowledge of Power Platform and Azure integration tools (is a plus);
* Experience in using Azure DevOps for code management and requirement management;
* Experience with Agile methodology and Jira;
* Spanish is mandatory, and fluency in English is required.
