We are growing our European team and looking for a Senior Director of Clinical Business Development to drive expansion of our late-phase clinical trial services across Europe.
In this high-impact role, you will:
* Build and strengthen partnerships with pharma, biotech, and emerging biopharma companies
* Drive revenue growth for QPS’s late-phase CRO services
* Represent QPS at industry conferences, client meetings, and networking events
* Collaborate closely with global BD, operational, and scientific teams to deliver tailored client solutions
What we’re looking for:
* 10+ years of CRO business development experience
* Proven success winning complex, multi-million Euro opportunities
* Strong expertise in late-phase clinical trials and European regulatory requirements
* Established senior-level industry network across pharma and biotech
* Strategic mindset, strong negotiation skills, and client-focused approach
* Fluent English required; additional European languages are a plus
* Willingness to travel extensively (50%+)
