Base pay range
As the Campaign Marketing Specialist for the x business unit, you will plan and oversee demand generation campaigns. This role involves coordinating all aspects of the campaign, such as budgeting, content creation, team coordination across EMEA, execution, and performance tracking, ensuring it aligns with business goals and reaches the target audience effectively.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead strategic planning and execution for high-performance marketing campaigns
2. Manage multi-channel digital campaigns that drive measurable impact
3. Oversee key events and webinars to engage and nurture prospects
4. Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies aligned with the latest market trends and audience insights
5. Generate qualified leads through inbound and outbound marketing tactics such as lead capture forms, gated content, landing pages, and targeted outreach
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, marketing) to ensure seamless alignment with sales objectives and product launches
7. Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across digital channels to meet KPIs (MQLs, conversion rates, pipeline velocity)
8. Coordinate with global teams to ensure flawless execution of EMEA campaigns
9. Create and localize high-quality content and assets aligned with campaign goals
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
* At least 5 years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing with proven results
* Experience managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like search engines and LinkedIn
* Knowledge of digital marketing channels including social media and email marketing
* Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
* Knowledge of marketing tools (HubSpot, CMS)
* Strong strategic and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Fluent in English and French (verbal and written); Spanish is a plus
* Flexibility to travel for workshops, meetings, and projects
