Job Description:

Mission: The Project Manager ensures projects are planned, launched, managed, and closed within budget and timelines, delivering optimal results. Responsibilities include:
* Planning, executing, and monitoring project activities.

Reporting to the Head of Organization within CIB ITO Spain, the Project Manager plays a vital role in cross-functional project management, supporting banking operations, regulatory reporting, and finance initiatives.
Key Tasks: Develop project plans, analyze business requirements, lead teams, communicate with stakeholders, manage risks and budgets, ensure quality, and track performance. Additional duties include jurisdiction management, user support, operational support, regulatory analysis, and process improvements.
Team Contribution: Foster a positive team environment, coordinate with internal and external teams, escalate issues appropriately, share knowledge, and aim for high service quality.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in relevant fields preferred, with 2-3 years of senior project management experience, knowledge of methodologies and tools, risk management skills, and certifications like PMP valued.
Skills: Leadership, communication, collaboration, adaptability, problem-solving, time management, and emotional intelligence.
Competencies: Analytical, detail-oriented, independent and team worker, aware of regulatory requirements, proactive in proposing improvements.
