Your main responsibilities will include:
Implementing automation solutions for international projects (2–8 per year)Traveling for commissioning up to 45% of your timeEnsuring compliance with customer specifications, GEA norms, and automation standardsDocumenting engineering activities and developing functional analysesSupervising electrical panel assembly and FATConducting equipment IO tests and basic electrical measurementsCoordinating with external suppliers for material procurementPromoting innovation and productivity improvementsAdhering to and evaluating safety during commissioningSharing knowledge and ideas across teams, providing regular progress reportsIdentifying and implementing innovation opportunities and new tools/productsMaking operational decisions and delivering technical automation solutionsYour Profile / QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or similar (Automation, Telecommunication, etc.). Master’s degree is a plusMechanical & electrical engineering know-howExpertise in electricity, automation, control, and pneumaticsPLC programming (Siemens, Schneider, Rockwell) and HMI programming (Siemens, Schneider, Wonderware, Rockwell Factory Talk, Ignition)Computer literacy (Internet, Microsoft Office)Spanish (native) and high level of English (B2/C1);
French, German, Portuguese highly valuedStrong written and oral communication skillsHygienic design know-how and QHSE standards (especially IAA)Familiarity with S88, S95, S101 normsEthics, compliance, and professionalismAutonomy and cross-functional, multidisciplinary approachWillingness to travel internationallyWe Offer:
