Nestle aims to deliver personalized messaging, services and products at scale that trigger a wide range of business opportunities, massive growth and extra profitability, always ahead of competition.**Position Summary**:As **Senior Project Manager for MSE **, you will be dedicated to the deployment and delivery of **digital products **following the **Digital **strategy of Nestlé. In some cases you will also participate in the Design and Build phase of these products.You will **manage **the deployment and delivery of digital products based on the scope and duration, and ensure they deliver expected value to Nestle businesses on time, quality, scope and budget.You will **structure **the project/program charter and plan, execute, monitor and control it, and finally close it; all the while adhering to established Project Management methodologies.You will **control **the development progress versus project plan; identify and analyze risk management issues, and devise plans to minimize risks.You will **lead **the project teams and be the person that project resources report directly to for the execution of the project tasks they are allocated. You will be the main counterpart for the global business and the markets stakeholders during all phases of the project.You will **coordinate **and work closely with the teams (internal or external) allocated to the project (on-shore, near shore, off-shore), defining main guidelines and motivating internal and external resources to accomplish all targets and milestones. For this reason it’s important to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers and **communicate **effectively.**A day in the life of...**:- Define the project in an adequate project charter to align on scope, timeline, quality, budget and acceptance criteria with stakeholders. Develop and maintain the overall project plan.- Ensure all projects are consistent with overall IS/IT customer objectives and strategic plans.- Identify internal and external resource needs and manage assigned resources.- Manage roles and responsibilities and establish the governance and communication plan, ensuring adequate communication to identified stakeholders- Manage the day-to-day activities of cross-functional project teams and ensure the adherence to the project plan- Manage the stakeholder engagement through development and maintenance of strong working relationships with all key stakeholders including, Client Executives, Product Managers, and Resource Allocation Managers. Coordinate with Client Executives, Local IT/IS infrastructure owners and Product.- Define and ensure strong Project/Program Governance- Ensure the quality of Project Manager deliverables, by ensuring the respect of Project Management best practices- Identify risks and propose mitigating actions; Raise and resolve project issues- Follow-up the Key Performance Indicators for each project and consolidate Program level reporting- Produce timely, detailed summaries and high level reports- Manage Project changes effectively: Works to control change, adjusts the budget, timeline, and project scope to accommodates approved changes- Close the project ensuring appropriate evaluation with the business partner and leveraging of lessons learned- Track project/program benefit realization based on business case**What will make you successful**:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information systems, digital marketing, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience- 4 to 8 years of experience as Project Manager of software development projects in IT and business/industry- You have experience with Atlassian PM Tools (Jira, Confluence etc.) as well as standard MS Tools (Sharepoint, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.).- You are familiar with PMP, PRINCE2, Waterfall, Agile, Sc
