Our innovation focuses on enhancing loading speeds, boosting conversion rates, offering diverse payment methods, and more. Each month, individuals worldwide donate tens of millions of dollars through our platform. We are the go-to fundraising solution for some of the world's leading non-profit organizations, including UNICEF, The Obama Foundation, the Alzheimer's Association, and many others.
TeamOur company has over 300 employees. Our New York office handles marketing, sales, and onboarding, while product decisions, design, and development are managed remotely. Our product team is Russian-speaking, fully autonomous, and consists of twelve members who manage product development and prioritization. They could use some help.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the development of a product aimed at attracting large enterprise customers.
Define the product development strategy, focusing on directions that bring the most value in attracting new customers.
Conduct in-depth market and customer research to understand needs, evaluate competitors, and identify ways to outperform them.
Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, analysts, product owners, designers, and developers.
Present product work, answer questions, and coordinate with marketing, support, customer success, and sales teams.
Take full ownership of projects, stay involved across all areas, and manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications
Relevant experience in product management, especially with products that attract large enterprise clients.
Technical background, ideally with experience as a developer turned product manager.
Advanced English skills (C1 or higher) for confident communication with team members and clients.

00 CET. Compensation depends on experience, test assignment performance, technical interview, and country of residence.
